Elgin Estate Regeneration

CWP is working with Walterton & Elgin Community Homes, a community land trust and resident controlled housing association to investigate and develop options for integrating, solar PV, battery energy storage and electric vehicle charging at the Elgin Estate in West London.

The Estate is undergoing a multi-million pound regeneration which will include a 140kWp solar PV system installed.   CWP has provided analysis of potential PV generation from the system and on-site energy demand.  This has been used this to model various options for co-locating battery energy storage with the PV along with options for EV charging units which will be open to residents and the public.  CWP is also working with the Principal Contractor for the regeneration to review and select solar PV, battery energy storage and electric vehicle charging solutions.
